What’s Included

Cycling Tours - Whats Included - Ride 25
  • Accommodation in clean and comfortable hotels starting from the first night of your cycling tour up to and including the night of your final celebratory dinner.   All rooms will have twin beds and you will be allocated a room partner. If you wish to specify who you would like to share with, please do so in the booking process.  You can select a single supplement if you prefer not to share a room.  If you wish to stay at a hotel the night before your tour starts, this can also be arranged as an optional extra, please select this on the booking form.
  • All your meals (well-earned breakfasts, lunches and dinners!) from after the meeting point on Day One of your tour, up to and including breakfast the morning after the final day
  • Coffee and cake at designated coffee stops
  • A full briefing given every day at breakfast by the Ride25 team leader
  • Water and fruit at all pit stops.
  • Support vehicles with tour crew including a first aider, a bike mechanic and a Ride25 team leader, all on hand to give you all the practical help and moral support you need
  • Transportation of all your cycling equipment and luggage to each different hotel stop
  • Storage of all your cycling equipment at each hotel
  • A digital map in the format of a .gpx file for mobile navigation devices such as Garmin or if you prefer, a waterproof map so you can navigate your way. This will be a well-designed route planned to lead you on the most picturesque and interesting journey
  • Two breathable, high quality cycling shirts for use on your tour which will be fully personalised for you, featuring all the badges for the legs you have completed so far

What’s not included?

  • Flights and transfers – please organise your own
  • Accommodation on the evening before your cycle tour commences – please organise your own
  • A bike – we recommend that you use a road bike, but some of our Riders have used hybrids and Bromptons in the past
  • A bike box to transport your bike to and from the start and end points (if you are flying)
  • Personal insurance – including cycling cover
