Terms and Conditions – Ride25 StravART Prize Holiday Competition Autumn 2014
These are the Terms and Conditions for the Ride25 StravART Prize Holiday Competition December 2014.
1. This Ride25 Prize Holiday Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. No purchase necessary to enter.
2. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
3. The closing date for the competition is the 31st January 2015. All entries must be received before midnight on the closing date. 1 winner will be selected by Ride25 and the Judge’s decision is final. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 5 days of the Competition end date. If contact cannot be made within one month the prize will be forfeited and may be passed on to another entrant. It is the winner’s responsibility to notify Ride25 of any change in contact information.
4. There will be one main prize to win 50% discount of the following:
1 x Ride25 cycling tour for 1 person to any one of the following destinations:
- UK to Paris
- Paris to Geneva
- Geneva to Milan
- Milan to Rome
The cycling tour will need to be taken on one of Ride25’s forthcoming tour dates between May 2015 and May 2016 (see ride25.com/cycling-tours for exact tour dates available)
5. Travel insurance, personal insurance and flights are not included
6. Prizes are not transferable. There is no cash alternative.
7. Ride25 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate any aspect of the Ride25 Prize Holiday Competition at any given time without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.
9. Details to process the prize claim must be provided by the winner within 14 days of notification by Ride25 and the holiday must be booked no later than 3 months from the date of the winner’s name being drawn.
10. The holiday can be taken at any time, within the guidelines detailed in these conditions, from the date of notification up to and including May 2016. If the holiday is not taken within this time period the prize will be withdrawn.
11. When considering suitable dates for your holiday, Ride25 may require a notice period of a minimum of eight weeks from the date of request to the date of travel. This is to ensure we are able to provide the most suitable cycling tour. All cycling tours are subject to availability.
12. In the event that Ride25 cancels your booking due to circumstances beyond your control an alternative holiday or date will be offered under the same terms.
13. Once a winner has been through the booking process and travel dates are confirmed, any cancellations or amendments to these dates may incur an additional charge payable by the winner.
14. Entry into the draw authorises Ride25 to contact and to publish the name, photo, address and country of the winners. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity.
15. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you before or after the Ride25 Prize Holiday Competition to make holiday offers which are entirely separate from the Competition.
16. Ride25 will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion.
17. Data is held according to the Ride25’s privacy and data policy which can be viewed at www.ride25.com/privacypolicy. Entry into the Competition authorises us to contact you including by phone, email and SMS.
18. Calls are monitored and may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
19. Entry into this Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
