1. Ts and Cs
1.1 The use of gift vouchers (also known as cycling holiday vouchers) fall under the following terms and conditions:
- Gift Vouchers ordered through our Website can be delivered by post or automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Our Gift Vouchers include unique numbers and configurable patterns.
- Our Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on holidays that are advertised on our website, as full or part payment of products from our Website. A Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Certificate.
- When ordering a Gift Voucher, you should ensure to enter your/the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher.
- All Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue however, can be used for a holiday 24 months after the date of issue.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- All our usual terms and conditions and policies apply to holidays partly or wholly bought by using our gift vouchers.
