The Challenge: Leeds to Dortmund

Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime! Ride4Leeds is a four-day event (three-days cycling) charity bike ride taking place from May 13–16, 2026.

The journey will take you from the heart of Leeds, across the channel, and all the way to our partner city of Dortmund in Germany. The event is organised in partnership with cycling specialists Ride25, ensuring a professionally managed and fully supported experience. Plus, you’ll look the part in a custom kit designed and made by Leeds-based cycling experts, PARIA.

  • What: A four-day, fully supported charity bike ride. Where you will be riding for three days and have a day to explore Dortmund on the fourth day and make your way home.
  • When: May 13–16, 2026.
  • Route: Leeds, UK to Dortmund, Germany.

Ticket Types Explained

There are two main types of tickets.

  1. Ride costs including £500 sponsorship in your booking, we can provide an invoice if your company is paying for the ride.

  2. Ride only, and you will need to raise money directly at least £500 per rider.

Then on the booking page, you can select the option to only pay a deposit now, and also purchase a single ticket.  This then gives you eight ticket options.

e.g. – Ride including sponsorship, deposit only at this time + single room.

You have the option to pay in full now for either ticket type.

The Route

Day 1 – Leeds to Hull

Day 2 – Rotterdam to Uden

Day 3 – Uden to Dortmund

Day 4 – Explore Dortmund and travel home – via your own means – We will bring your bike back to Leeds.
